By using SongsWAV, you agree to these Terms and applicable Indian laws.
SongsWAV provides playlist pitching, music promotion, and digital marketing services. We do not guarantee playlist placements, streams, or specific performance results.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law.
You confirm that:
• You own or control rights to submitted music
• Content does not infringe copyright
• Submissions comply with Indian and international copyright laws
All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Since pitching is a service-based model, refunds are generally not provided once campaigns begin.
Artists retain ownership of their music. SongsWAV receives a limited license to use submitted content solely for promotional and pitching purposes.
We do not guarantee placement, charting, streams, or revenue growth.
SongsWAV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
All submissions to SongsWAV must comply with the following guidelines:
• Submit individual track links only. EP or album links are not accepted.
• AI-generated music is strictly prohibited. Do not submit content created wholly or partially by artificial intelligence tools.
• Submissions must feature proper lyrics and composition. Instrumental-only tracks will not be accepted.
• SongsWAV currently accepts Indian music only. Tracks that are non-Indian in origin will be rejected.
• Ensure your track is professionally mixed and mastered before submitting. Poorly produced audio will not be considered.
Any listener or stream figures mentioned in our plans (e.g., "Up to 2,000 listeners" on the Basic Plan) represent the maximum potential reach if your song performs well under that plan — not a guaranteed or approximate delivery. Actual exposure depends on factors including but not limited to song quality, genre, audience relevance, and playlist curator discretion. SongsWAV makes no guarantee of specific listener counts, stream numbers, or revenue outcomes.
SongsWAV is committed to organic, human-driven promotion. All playlist placements are on playlists owned and managed by us with real, organically grown followers. All advertising campaigns are run exclusively through Meta's official advertising platform targeting genuine users.
We do not use, employ, or engage any bots, click farms, automated scripts, or artificial streaming services to inflate stream counts or listener numbers. All promotion carried out under our services is fully compliant with Spotify's Terms of Service and the guidelines of all other digital streaming platforms we operate on.
While we take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure genuine listener engagement, SongsWAV cannot warrant that third-party platforms (including but not limited to Meta, Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music) are entirely free from automated or fraudulent activity beyond our direct control. Any such activity originating from third-party platforms does not constitute a breach of this clause by SongsWAV.
