These Terms govern your use of Wavrank, a paid, sponsored song-ranking feature operated by Songswav at songswav.com/wavrank. By submitting a listing or making a payment, you agree to these Terms, our Rules, and our Privacy Policy.

1. What Wavrank is

Wavrank lets anyone pay to place a Spotify track on a public leaderboard. Position is determined solely by cumulative amount paid per track, as described in the Rules. It is advertising space, not an editorial chart, review, or endorsement.

2. Eligibility and authorization

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a payment on the Wavrank. You represent that you own the submitted song, are authorized by its owner to promote it, or otherwise have the right to submit the link. Wavrank is not responsible for verifying this and relies on your confirmation at the point of submission.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Wavrank does not store your card or bank details. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A listing is only activated, and only counts toward rank, once payment is confirmed.

4. No guarantee of position

Because ranking depends on other users' payments, your position can change at any time as other songs are submitted or raise their bids. Wavrank makes no guarantee that a song will remain at any particular rank for any length of time.

5. Content standards

You may not submit a link to content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence, hate, or self-harm. Wavrank may remove any listing that violates this section, the Rules, or a valid legal or copyright complaint, at its discretion and without prior notice.

6. Publicly displayed information

The song's Spotify title, artist name, artwork, the one-line description you provide, and the total amount paid are displayed publicly. Your email address is never displayed publicly — see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of endorsement

Songswav does not review, endorse, or vouch for any song listed on the Wavrank. Wavrank is clearly disclosed as sponsored, paid placement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wavrank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of rank, loss of revenue, or reliance on the accuracy of Spotify metadata fetched at submission time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Wavrank after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
